Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Short version: Referral rewards range from $100–$500 based on annual contract value. Rewards are paid after the referred client completes three successful billing cycles and remains in good standing. Restrictions apply — read below.

Referral Reward Tiers

Payouts are based on the total annual contract value (ACV) of the referred client's signed service agreement.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a referral reward, all of the following must be true:

The referred business must be a new client to Limitless Web Services or affiliated Limitless business divisions.
The referred business must sign a paid service agreement for qualifying services.
The referred business must remain an active paying customer in good standing through three (3) completed billing cycles before referral payment is issued.
Referral rewards are only issued for fully paid accounts with no delinquent balances.
Referral submissions must be submitted through the official referral form before our team has an existing active sales conversation or proposal with that business.
The referring individual must provide accurate contact information.
The referred business should be aware they are being referred whenever possible.

Referral rewards may apply to approved service agreements including:

Website Design & Development
Website Maintenance Plans
Local SEO Services
Google Business Profile Optimization
Social Media Management
Virtual Business Management
CRM / Workflow Automation
Business Phone / VoIP Solutions
Technology Consulting
Other approved recurring or project-based digital services

Payment Terms

Referral rewards are paid after the referred client successfully completes three consecutive billing cycles.
One-time project billing may be evaluated based on contract terms at Limitless' discretion.
Rewards are based on the signed contract value at time of sale, not future upsells unless otherwise approved.
Payments will be issued via approved payment method (Venmo, PayPal, check, or bank transfer) within 14 days of eligibility confirmation.

Disqualifying Conditions

Referral is disqualified if the referred client cancels before completing three billing cycles.
Self-referrals (referring your own business or a business you own/control) are not eligible.
Referrals of existing Limitless clients or leads already in our pipeline are not eligible.
Referrals submitted after our team has already initiated contact with the business are not eligible.
Providing false or misleading information to claim a referral reward may result in forfeiture and removal from the program.

Program Changes

Limitless Web Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Changes will be posted to this page. Referrals submitted before a program change will be honored under the terms in effect at time of submission.
